This exceptional wine is aged for 12 months in 2 to 3-year-old French oak barrels, followed by an additional 6 months of maturation in bottles.

While it exudes a full-bodied character with velvety tannins, it carries a refined demeanor, distinct from its bolder Superiore counterpart. The allure of this wine lies in its immediate drinkability. Crafted from the finest grapes, Greppicante typically features a higher proportion of Merlot, infusing a softer dimension to the wine.
The journey to the bottle begins with alcoholic fermentation and maceration on the skins, which takes place in stainless steel vats for approximately 30 days, at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The process continues with malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
